ABOUT SOL MOTUS
We build motion for a brighter local economy.
Sol Motus is a climate technology company making solar-powered commerce practical for fast-growing markets.
Founded around a simple belief: reliable energy should travel further.
Sol Motus began in 2023 at the University of Nottingham, where a small team set out to pair clean power and mobility in one practical platform. Today, we are developing eCarts and eTrailers that support livelihoods, reduce fuel dependence and expand opportunity in off-grid communities.
